We ask that you send your order inquiry at least 2 to 3 weeks prior to your anticipated delivery date. This time frame allows for design time and to insure that we have all supplies in stock to complete your order.
We are currently excepting payments through CashApp and Square. Other forms of payment maybe discussed.
We do require a nonrefundable 50% deposit at the time your order is booked with us. The deposit will be put towards your final total.
The total payment of your order will be due prior to receiving your order.
A rush order fee will be applied to orders that are booked less than 2 weeks out from the agreed delivery date.
Custom orders are nonrefundable. If it is our mistake we will do our best to make it right.
No refunds will be given for any baked goods that have already been made, this includes Flash Sale, Pre-Sale, and vendor market sale items. Any Pre-Sale cookies that are left 24 hours after the pickup/delivery times have ended, will be forfeited with no refund unless other arrangements have been made with us.
No, we cannot ship any of our products. We work under the Florida Food Cottage Laws which currentlydoes not allow shipping of baked goods from Florida Cottage Bakers to outside of our state.
We are local delivery for Central Florida only at this time.
We are currently working on recipes that are made with gluten free flour. Unfortunately we cannot 100% guarantee that those products will be completely gluten-free and nut-free since we do operate in kitchens that contain both of these products. We will try our best to accommodate your order.
Yes, absolutely! Freezing is super simple and a great way to keep your order if your event date changes or we am fully booked and we are not able to accommodate.
To freeze: Carefully place your wrapped cookies in a container on their sides and freeze.
To thaw: Set your out the night before on the counter but do not open the container until they are fully thawed. This is very important as the condensation could ruin the cookies.
